Flight Test Engineer

Responsibilities Draft detailed ground and flight test plans, instrumentation plans, and test cards that trace directly back to system capability requirements. Operate complex Data Acquisition Systems (DAS), telemetry, and test instrumentation hardware in-flight to capture critical aircraft parameters. Perform post‑flight data reduction, statistical analysis, and engineering evaluation of flight test data. Author comprehensive, formal technical test reports detailing test methodologies, findings, system deficiencies, and airworthiness recommendations. Represent APAC test and evaluation interests at Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Preliminary/Critical Design Reviews (PDR/CDR), and Safety Review Boards (SRB). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. 2 years of experience in a technical field. One (1) year of experience with planning and conducting tests.
