Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by checking in trucks, managing documentation, scanning shipments, and ensuring accurate communication between drivers and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage paperwork and administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22.00 - $23.00/hour

• Full-time schedule

• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision

• Located in Grapevine, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check in incoming trucks and assist drivers with required documentation

• Manage shipping and receiving paperwork accurately

• Scan and label products and shipments

• Verify shipment information and maintain accurate records

• Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding inbound and outbound activity

• Enter data into computer systems and update shipment records

• Assist with resolving paperwork or shipment discrepancies

• Maintain an organized and professional office environment

• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous customer service, warehouse, logistics, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and transportation required
