Health Systems Executive

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Health Systems Executive to develop strategic partnerships with hospital C-suite leadership across Texas. This remote role involves building multi-year business plans, driving revenue growth, and coordinating with regional sales teams and service organizations to deliver integrated diagnostic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop C-suite relationships and partnerships within integrated delivery networks
- Build and lead strategic annual business plans with health systems to drive revenue growth
- Lead sales campaigns using Danaher Business System tools with regional teams
- Partner with service organization to ensure successful installations and post-install support
- Provide indirect coaching and leadership to sales representatives and regional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; master's degree preferred
- 9+ years sales experience in hospital or laboratory settings
- Demonstrated ability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly and concisely
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of hospital operating financials and healthcare economics
Compensation: $160,000-$170,000 base; $260,000-$270,000 total compensation target with commission
