Full-Time Day Shift | 7 AM–7 PM | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

Schedule: 7 AM–7 PM 12-hour shifts Full-time Every other weekend No on-call

Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident's well-being is prioritized. CNAs work alongside the nursing team to assist residents with daily care needs while providing companionship, reassurance and support.

In This Role:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility.
• Help with lifting, positioning and transferring residents as needed.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to residents.
• Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care.
• Help maintain a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
