Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2nd Shift | 7 PM–7 AM

Full-Time | Night Shift

Ridge Valley Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for our 7 PM–7 AM overnight shift .

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for competitive pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a consistent 12-hour schedule, and a supportive, resident-centered work environment .

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician orders.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor residents' conditions and report significant changes to the supervising RN or healthcare provider.

• Perform routine nursing tasks, including wound care, specimen collection, and catheter care.

• Obtain and document vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Support individualized care plans through ongoing communication with the care team.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety in every interaction.

• Assist residents and families with education regarding care plans and health management.

• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and initiate timely interventions.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina .

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

• Strong clinical observation and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

• $30–$34 per hour
