Senior HR Benefits Coordinator MD is hiring a Senior HR Benefits Coordinator to join our growing team in our Bellevue office. The person we are looking for thrives in a professional and fast-paced environment. You're a motivated self-starter with five (5) years of benefits management experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional customer service. A day in the life: Leading the open enrollment processes for all MD offices, including managing the online benefits platform and broker relationships. Onboarding new offices into the HRIS Paylocity (HR and Payroll, and Time and Labor) and all ancillary benefit programs, including FSA, long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, and 401(K) Overseeing the LOA (leave of absence) process (maternity, STD, other) Initiating and managing workers' compensation programs, including audits and claims Direct 401(K) Audit with CPA firm Address all escalated medical/dental/vision benefits-related issues Proactively implement process improvements utilizing technology and best practices Personal Attributes: Service-minded and customer-centric in all actions Attentive to detail and consistently reliable; relentless follow-up attitude Calm under pressure and highly adaptable Confident communicator and natural relationship builder Like to work in teams and build relationships Self-motivated with a bias for acting Discreet, polished, and professional in demeanor For Your Hard Work: Professional development reimbursement Medical, Dental, and Vision 401K Life, LTD and AD&D Short Term Disability Paid Time Off and Holidays Bonus Program MD is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Requirements: Minimum five (5) years of benefits administration experience Experience in small group benefits Familiarity with a variety of carrier and state rules and regulations Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity and Employee Navigator familiarity are a plus Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be able to pass a background check Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite Salary Description $80,000 - $110,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr MD Concierge Medicine
