Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg, Travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,630–$1,667 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts, 2x3 Nights. Setting: hospital travel assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult med-surg patients, including neuro-trauma surgical cases such as spinal injuries, gunshot wounds, and paraplegia/quadriplegia, under physician orders.
- Monitor patient status with frequent neuro checks, vital signs, pain control, wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration.
- Document in the EPIC electronic medical record, maintain accurate charts, and communicate changes to the care team and family.
- Assist with procedures, coordinate with physical therapy and occupational therapy, arrange transports, and support discharge planning.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols on a busy trauma-focused med-surg unit.

Requirements
- Active RN license with Nursys license verification
- Minimum 2 years Med Surg RN experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Certification Card on file
- Ability to work the night shift in a hospital setting
