Department/Unit: Medical - Surgical C3E Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $68,640.00 - $70,699.20 The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Hourly Min= $34.65 Hourly Max= $35.69 Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatment as required by policy and regulations. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions. Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care. Uses sound nursing judgment in patient care decisions. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses. Administers medications as ordered. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
