Nati Boutique is looking for a Retail Fashion Sales Lead who not only drives top sales but also keeps the team motivated, delivers an elevated styling experience, and ensures every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase.

Your Mission: Sell, Lead & Elevate the Shopping Experience

• Act as a personal stylist curate outfits, suggest complementary pieces, and ensure every customer looks and feels their best.
• Engage in the fitting room provide hands-on styling advice, introduce additional options, and turn try-ons into purchases.
• Lead by example set the tone with high-energy selling, exceeding personal sales goals, and driving the team toward success.
• Motivate & inspire keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture.
• Be the expert stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity.
• Maintain a flawless store keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper.

Our Hiring Process

• Pre-Screen: A quick chat to ensure you're the right fit.
• Working Interview: Show us your ability to engage customers, drive sales, and lead on the sales floor. Prove that you can deliver top results!

Compensation: The base hourly range for this position is $23-$26. Full Time expected annual earnings of $45,000-$60,000 (hourly plus bonus). Keep in mind that the actual offer will depend on things like your experience, and performance so in some cases, it might be a little higher than the range listed here. Also, salary is just one piece of the overall package!
