Overview CarleHealth is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established practice at our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois. Opportunity Details 100% outpatient position using EMR with both in-person and virtual visit options Full-time position in a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model Call is phone only with assistance of Patient Advisory Nurse and spread among a physician group of >10 Join a team of 6 physicians, 4 APPs and excellent support staff Team-based care model for patient care In addition to Adult Medicine, specialty services provided at our clinic include Dermatology, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Radiology, Pediatrics, Genetics, and Allergy In addition to the patient care areas, we have diagnostic services at the Curtis location: Lab, radiology, sonography Convenient Care/Urgent Care department is open 365 days a year Onsite Pharmacy is open from 8am-midnight 7 days a week Teaching opportunities available through Carle Foundation Hospital’s accredited Internal Medicine residency program and the Carle Illinois College of Medicine Opportunity for additional hours in Convenient Care/Urgent Care is optional Opportunity for research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine with support staff to help with research and publications if desired Excellent benefits package: health/dental/life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage About Our Community Champaign-Urbana is a micro-urban community offering many amenities of a larger city with the feel of a smaller town. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $327,000 – $365,000, a good-faith minimum and maximum range at the time of posting.
