About the Role

The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance and accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including strategic guidance on profitability, business growth, and financial risk. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support the organization's objectives, as well as managing banking relationships, financing activities, and capital allocation initiatives. The CFO will also be tasked with leading and developing finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and support strategic growth opportunities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have an active United States CPA designation, a Chartered Accountant designation, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree is also required, along with a minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, taxation, treasury operations, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and corporate governance. Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, retail, e-commerce, or similar industries is preferred, as is a proven track record in supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives. Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to influence senior leadership.
