Job Summary And Qualifications As a member of the GPO Strategic Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will support impactful promotion of the GPO to existing membership as well as prospective members. The Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that uniquely reach critical stakeholders. You will help shape brand identity, lead development GPO resources and help deliver on HealthTrust’s commitment to its membership. This role will require close collaboration across internal marketing teams and GPO business leaders. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who brings eagerness, curiosity and a collaborative approach to marketing. What you will do in this role: Execute on the core GPO promotional strategy Develop marketing tactics that target existing membership to drive a deeper engagement with the GPO and portfolio of contracts Support sales efforts to identify and engage prospective member accounts for the GPO Contribute to the development of and implementation of the annual strategic marketing plan Consider insights and market research to support strategic thinking on the GPO’s positioning with both existing and prospective members Develop and execute digital engagements across multiple channels Serve as the marketing liaison with account management on strategy development, execution and member feedback. What qualifications you will need: Bachelor’s degree – Required 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in biotech/pharma, health care space or B2B - Required Ability to interpret insights for strategic decision making, identify a customer’s needs and develop strategies to target leverage points Thinks critically about positioning, campaign development, and messaging and is bold enough to question the status quo Understanding of the financial landscape of the overall healthcare marketplace Effectively manage and track budget and regular reporting Highly motivated self-starter Excellent project management and organizational skills Benefits HealthTrust offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
