Marketing Designer - Heal Wellness and Innovations

HEAL Wellness & Innovations is seeking a creative and detail-oriented, Marketing Designer to design supplement labels, packaging, and marketing materials across our brand family — HWI, HEAL, &you, and partner brands. This role blends brand and campaign design with FDA/DSHEA-compliant supplement labeling, ensuring consumers can clearly read and understand what they are taking.

This role is responsible for producing print-ready label and packaging files, maintaining brand consistency across our portfolio, and creating campaign materials across sales, event, digital, and social channels. The Marketing Designer will work closely with regulatory/quality reviewers, marketing leadership, and print vendors in a fast-paced, high-demand, team-oriented environment where collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce dietary supplement labels compliant with FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements, organizing required copy (ingredients, warnings, usage, disclaimers) supplied by internal reviewers.
• Manage label revisions and maintain a clear approval trail with regulatory/quality reviewers.
• Build and manage die lines for packaging, labels, and specialty print pieces.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, trim, color modes, and resolution for vendor production.
• Manage proofing and communicate directly with print vendors and packaging suppliers on production runs.
• Maintain and evolve visual consistency across HWI, HEAL, &you, and partner brands.
• Balance shared brand standards with each brand's distinct identity and voice.
• Develop and maintain brand guideline documents and asset libraries.
• Flag potential compliance concerns in labeling or marketing copy to the appropriate internal team.
• Design sales sheets, brochures, event materials, and sales presentations for product launches.
• Create email, social media, and web graphics that align with campaign strategy.
• Translate marketing strategy and messaging into visually compelling, on-brand creative.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, launches, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Track and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders, including regulatory sign-off.
• Communicate proactively about timelines, bottlenecks, and production status.
• Set creative direction and maintain quality standards across all design output.
• Review and coordinate freelancers, agencies, or junior designers as the team grows.
• Contribute creative perspective in cross-functional and launch-planning meetings.
• Communicate demands, priorities and essential information with direct report and leadership when needing clarification.
• Proven experience designing supplement or other regulated product labels, including working knowledge of FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements.
• Strong print production knowledge: die lines, bleed, color modes, resolution, proofing, and vendor file preparation.
• Experience managing multiple brands or sub-brands while preserving each one's distinct identity.
• Broad marketing design experience across print, digital, event, and presentation formats.
• Excellent project management and communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A strong portfolio showing packaging, labels, and marketing materials that have gone to print.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience designing supplement or other regulated product labels, including working knowledge of FDA/DSHEA labeling requirements.
