Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a Full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales success in our retail stores. What You'll Be Doing Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and exceptional customer service. Learn and uncover customers' needs through connection and targeted questioning. Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide comprehensive sales solutions. Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs. Continuously develop oneself through training and upskilling in merchandising and inventory operations. Build customer base via outbound calls and text messaging to existing Verizon customers. Engage with the community outside of the store at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. Compensation Base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour (varies by location and hours). Eligible for up to $18,000 per year in individual‑based commissions when sales goals are met. Top performers can earn additional commissions, potentially increasing annual earnings to $65,000–$75,500. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Openness to additional shifts during peak periods (summer, holidays). Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred). Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience (preferred). Schedule & Location Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
