Inclusive Abundance is seeking a COO to lead internal operations, strategy, and organizational growth. The role oversees finance, HR, technology, and compliance, reporting to the CEO and guiding a distributed, hybrid team in DC and remote staff.
The successful candidate will have 10–20+ years in senior management, a track record of building teams, and strong people leadership. Experience in policy or advocacy is a plus, with a passion for our mission.
