Responsibilities include recording inspection results, resolving guest complaints and maintaining accommodations standards. Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys.
