We're looking for a detail-oriented team member who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a high-quality guest and owner experience.Required Skills & QualitiesBasic experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywallStrong attention to detail and a sense of ownership in your workAbility to identify additional maintenance needs and communicate them to your supervisorProfessional, courteous, and guest-focused attitude at all timesAbility to perform routine property tasks including trash pickup and snow/ice removalDependable, punctual, and able to work independentlyWillingness to work weekends and holidaysAdditional DutiesMay include testing and adding chemicals to hot tubs.
