Summary The Selling Supervisor mentors and coaches sales associates to deliver an elevated customer experience while driving sales and consignment goals. This role supports the Store Manager with daily supervision, category management, merchandising standards, and store operations. The supervisor ensures high operational performance including POS use, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and support consignment objectives Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize conversion, units per transaction, and average transaction value Provide floor supervision, assist with customer service issues, and empower associates to resolve client needs Support store operations including POS, opening and closing procedures, inventory accuracy, and administrative follow-up Partner with Visual Manager to implement merchandising and visual standards Assist Store Manager with onboarding, mentoring, team meetings, and disciplinary procedures as needed Requirements Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; at least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred Proficiency with general office software and POS/inventory systems Strong customer service orientation, communication, team building, and problem solving skills Ability to motivate others, manage priorities, and maintain merchandising and operational standards Foreign languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
