Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | On-Site

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / HR Assistant to be the welcoming face of the company while providing administrative support to HR and other departments.

What You'll Do

• Greet employees, guests, and visitors and manage the front desk.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, visitor badges, and Wi-Fi.
• Assist with company meetings and employee events.
• Keep the lobby, waiting areas, and meeting rooms clean and organized.
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Update the company organizational chart.
• Assist HR and other departments with projects, communications, meeting requests, flyers, and other administrative tasks.
• Participate in the Employee Appreciation Committee and assist with events.

What We're Looking For

• Previous receptionist, administrative, office coordination, or HR support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook .
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Dependable and punctual with a firm 8:00 AM start time .
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Creativity with PowerPoint, flyers, or internal communications is a plus.
