About this position The Structural Heart RN Coordinator provides comprehensive care coordination for patients referred to the structural heart program. Working collaboratively with cardiology providers, cardiothoracic surgery, advanced practice providers, structural heart coordinators, support staff, and device representatives, this role guides patients and families through evaluation, treatment planning, procedures, discharge follow-up, and ongoing registry-required care. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. Experience Experience Three (3) years of experience in specialty-specific nursing in a hospital, clinic, or community setting. Experience in Nurse Navigation preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to manage significant customer population on a weekly basis. Demonstrated broad clinical knowledge of specialty-specific nursing. Strong leadership, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
