Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists./ph3Job Description/h3ulliManage daily operations including patient scheduling and registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposits, office maintenance, and computer systems./liliSupervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency, including staff selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with HR./liliEnsure the practice delivers exceptional patient service, including timely resolution of patient concerns and service recovery./liliCollaborate with the RVP to implement strategic initiatives and support practice growth./liliManage, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance./liliOversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements./liliProvide administrative support to physicians and clinical staff as needed./liliMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient volume, financial performance, and operational efficiency./liliFoster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes staff engagement and professional development./liliEnforce office policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence./liliPerform other related duties as needed./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExceptional communication skills and ability to multitask./liliEffective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties./liliThorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations./liliStrong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite./liliHands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard./li/ulpstrongJob Type:/strong/pulliFull-time: Monday-Friday/liliPay rate starting at $75,000/year/liliMust be able to travel between Quincy and Plymouth locations/li/ulpstrongExperience:/strong/pulliExperience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting./liliExperience in Dermatology, preferred but not required./liliExperience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process./liliProven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth./li/ulpstrongEducation:/strong/pulliBachelors degree is preferred/li/ulpAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines/p/div
