What is It The Experienced Leader Rotational Program (ELRP) is an accelerated development program designed to prepare high‑potential talent for strategic leadership roles. Participants gain experience in operations, finance, leadership, and sales through immersive assignments across branch execution and customer value delivery. Program participants must be able to relocate to selected Limbach company branches. This Position Incumbent will go through two 9–12‑month rotations, each building distinct skill sets and contributing to the organization. Rotation 1 – Leadership Assignment Operational discipline and project delivery Financial management (P&L, GP redemption, forecasting, cost control, cash flow) Leadership and talent development Customer‑facing communication and executive presence Cross‑functional collaboration Situational decision‑making and speed to action Rotation 2 – Strategic Growth or Operational Initiative Strategic thinking Market analysis and business development Innovation and problem solving Intra‑company influence, systems thinking, national network development Linking local operations to company goals Key Tasks & Responsibilities Drive initiatives aligned with the Company's vision. Engage customers on‑site and motivate teams. Analyze and manage financial performance. Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, service quality, and sales effectiveness. Drive business growth through solutions selling and strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Flex into ambiguous environments and make confident decisions quickly. Attract, develop, and retain top talent. What You Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related industry experience. Ability to relocate for program rotations and post‑program placement. Leadership, influence, or mentorship experience. Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Comfort in customer‑facing and operational environments. High sense of urgency, adaptability, and resilience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and compliant driving record. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Master’s in Business Administration. Prior relocation or multi‑site experience. Experience with owner‑direct service models. Work Environment Primarily professional office environment. Occasional travel to local job sites with exposure to construction site conditions.
