Cleared SOC Analyst (Tier 2 / Tier 3) — TS/SCI — Northern Virginia / Fort Meade

We are looking for Tier 2 and Tier 3 SOC analysts with defense contractors supporting classified cyber operations and security monitoring programs across Northern Virginia and the Fort Meade corridor. If you have an active TS/SCI and real SOC floor experience — not just certifications — we have multiple immediate openings and want to talk to you this week.

What you will do: Monitor and analyze security events using enterprise SIEM platforms (Splunk, ArcSight, or QRadar). Triage, investigate, and escalate security incidents in real-time. Conduct threat hunting and advanced log analysis to identify anomalous behavior. Perform malware analysis and forensic investigation of suspected compromises. Document findings and produce incident reports for government and contractor leadership. Work within a team environment supporting 24/7 security operations.

What you need: Active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope).

2+ years of direct SOC or cyber defense experience (Tier 2 minimum).

DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or CSSP Analyst certification — Security+ CE, CySA+, GCIA, or GCIH. Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise SIEM platform.

Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
