Job Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities while ensuring accurate processing and recordkeeping. Prepare account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy through routine financial reviews. Process payments and monitor financial transactions to support daily accounting operations. Assist with month end close activities and prepare reports that support management and external business partners. Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining organized financial documentation. Requirements: 2+years of accounting experience in a professional business environment. Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Possess experience preparing sales tax reports and supporting compliance related activities.
