Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Recovery Room
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Room team, focusing on delivering exceptional post-anesthesia care. This role involves closely assessing and monitoring patients as they recover from surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and oversee patients transitioning from surgery.
- Administer pain management and sedation effectively.
- Ensure airway and hemodynamic stability.
- Quickly respond to any changes in patient conditions.
- Provide medication and IV therapy as required.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about recovery processes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, safe, and compassionate care.
