We are seeking a highly experienced painter to join our team, executing both interior and exterior painting projects across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This full-time role demands a professional with a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or collaboratively within small or large teams, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve smooth, consistent coverage
- Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet project specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years professional painting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in surface preparation techniques and paint application methods
- Knowledge of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
