Ready to lead a team that runs like clockwork and takes real pride in what they do? We're looking for a Night Shift Manager to help lead daily operations, develop our team members and leaders, and set the standard for guest experience, food safety, speed, and culture.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Running the Shift
- Lead shift operations positioning the team, managing breaks, and keeping things running smoothly
- Hold the standard on food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
- Complete the weekly Compliance Report and ensure all shift requirements are met
Leading the Team
- Coach and develop Team Leaders and Team Members in the moment and over time
- Hold yourself and others accountable to our culture and expectations
- Recognize talent and actively invest in developing the next generation of leaders
Taking Care of Our Guests
- Set the tone for every guest interaction on your shift
- Address concerns quickly and with the hospitality our guests expect from us
