POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. The HRBP will work closely with our leaders to support the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide guidance and support to business leaders on key HR areas such as talent management, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with business leaders to create and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a culture of engagement and retention. Conduct investigations for employee complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations, and take appropriate action to resolve issues. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure a strong HR presence. Partner with legal counsel to develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned, including organizational design, change management, and talent development. Coach and mentor managers on HR best practices and provide training on HR topics as needed. Work closely with the HR Operations Team to facilitate the seamless execution of all employee-related requests from the business. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives and strong employee relations experience. Demonstrated ability to be self-driven, take initiative, build strong relationships with business leaders, and effectively influence decision-making. Able to facilitate difficult conversations as well as mitigate and/or resolve conflict. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. MS Office 365 core applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS HR certification such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,. The ability to manage multiple priorities and manage change effectively. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive HR strategies. Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday MS Office 365 core applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Compensation In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is: Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $120,400 – $144,400 Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $110,300 – $132,300 Zone 3 (All others): $100,300 – $120,300 The applicable salary range is based on the employee’s primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.
