Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who is passionate about serving others by supporting clients, leading teams, and creating exceptional experiences through communication, accountability, and care.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts while building strong client relationships and partnering closely with field teams to deliver high-quality results. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and leading with a people-first mindset.

What You'll Do

Build trusted relationships with clients and provide outstanding service
Lead and support field teams through communication, coaching, and accountability
Manage landscape maintenance accounts and ensure properties meet quality expectations
Conduct site walkthroughs, identify solutions, and follow through with care and urgency
Partner with Field Managers and crews to create a positive, team-oriented environment
Support growth opportunities through renewals, enhancements, and snow services

What We're Looking For

3+ years of landscape account management or related experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
A positive, team-focused attitude with a heart for serving others
Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Valid Driver's License required
