Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries during monthly and year-end close processes Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure financial records are accurate and complete Manage daily bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and cash postings Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns Create and distribute sales commission and royalty reportsProcess and post Concur expense transactions and reporting Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned by the Controller Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Partner with departments across the organization to support operational and financial objectives Support continuous learning and process improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Three or more years of accounting experience preferred Manufacturing accounting experience preferred Experience working with ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines High degree of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality Who Will Thrive in This Role?
