We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative . In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and healthcare partners—helping to schedule appointments, provide information, and support patient care coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to participant inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Clearly explain claim payments, denials, and plan benefits to participants
• Research and resolve eligibility or claim-related issues; coordinate updates with external vendors as needed
• Accurately document all interactions in the Customer Service module
• Process enrollment forms, disability claims, and special fund claims in a timely manner
• Monitor incoming calls and manage call flow using call center software
• Retrieve and respond to voicemails from the nightline system
• Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 1-2 years of call center experience is required
• Call center experience in healthcare preferred
• Must type 40 wpm
• Bilingual speaking is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suites
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Details:

• Hours between 8am-7pm
• Pay: $30.00-$35.00
• Job Type: On-site
