Farmers Insurance District 47 is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial individuals interested in building and leading their own team as an Agency Business Leader. This opportunity offers the ability to create a scalable operation backed by the support, training, and resources of an established national brand.

Responsibilities-Build, develop, and lead your own insurance agency team
-Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
-Establish and grow relationships within your community
-Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
-Deliver excellent customer service and drive client retention
-Meet and exceed sales and growth goals
RequirementsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in leadership and business development
Sales, management, or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to obtain or currently hold a General Lines Property & Casualty and Life and Health licenses
Clean background and financial history
