This is a remote position. Job Summary As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers with product information, orders, and account inquiries Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate as needed Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer inquiries Experience Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and information retrieval Typing skills to enter customer data accurately Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base
