Travel assignment, 13 weeks, 12hr nights, 36 hours a week, starting December 14, 2026.

Pay as Cross Country posts it: about $2,223 a week in all, a taxable rate of $26.56 an hour plus $1,267 a week in housing and meal stipends.

Job Summary

Medical/Surgical Floor position offering a night-shift assignment in a medical/surgical float pool. The role supports multiple medical/surgical units and may include floating to the emergency department as needed. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling needs and available to work at least two of three holidays.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week. No block schedule is offered.
• Assignment Dates: 12/14/2026 through 03/13/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience; prior travel experience; Tennessee license or compact license on file at the time of submission; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional Information: Candidates may float among five medical/surgical units and to the emergency department as needed. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6. Navy scrubs are required. Weekend availability is required, and scheduling is determined by the unit. Candidates must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs.
