About the Role:

Reporting to the 3PL Supply Chain Supervisor, the Demand Planner - Warehouse is responsible for performing system analysis on the overall product delivery and supply chain process to identify areas for performance improvement and help implementation of recommended change. Manage product allocation to distribution centers from sales forecasts and oversee max and min inventory system. Responsible for the generation, dispersion and coordination of shipping processes and documentation.

This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Glen Allen, VA and will be On-Site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Managing the inventory process and supply chain for third-party warehouses, including purchasing, receiving, and transferring materials domestically and internationally.
• Coordinating shipments and ensuring orders are filled promptly, accurately, and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Addressing daily operational issues by working with 3PL personnel and internal departments.
• Managing inventory levels, product allocation, and conducting physical counts to maintain accuracy.
• Overseeing international exports, completing required documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade policies.
• Using analytical tools to forecast sales trends and adjust reorder points accordingly.
• Implementing procurement strategies such as Just-in-Time (JIT) and consignment to optimize material velocity and availability.
• Preparing and presenting monthly KPI reports on inventory accuracy, working capital, and on-time shipments.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through Veralto Enterprise System methodologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management preferred
• Three (3) years of years of experience in supply chain with responsibility in buying, inventory management or a manufacturing environment; production control, capacity planning, and scheduling related functions required
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to maneuver and analyze data required
• Proven record of strong self-management

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year.
