About the role:

Contract Administrator

4 Months Reporting to Contract Manager Primary location of assignment: Innsbrook, but will occasionally go to North Anna and Surry

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract management and administration in nuclear power generation environment.
• Manage multiple activities, resources and time.
• Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs using standard templates and legal guidance
• Coordinate contract negotiation between internal stakeholders — legal, finance, procurement — and counterparties to resolve open terms
• Administer contract execution: circulate documents for signature, maintain completed originals in the contract management system, and notify relevant teams of effective dates
• Monitor contract performance milestones, and payment schedules to ensure both parties meet their obligations

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years experience. Knowledge of technical aspects of industry.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient personal computer skills and understanding of software applications.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00 - $47.00.
