Identifies resources such as inspection, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate tasks in a diverse work environment. Demonstrates strong technical/functional skills related to specialized equipment and intricate knowledge of plant equipment, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities / Expectations:Coordinates maintenance activities and communicates the schedule to our internal and external customersMaintains accurate equipment history and reliability data for equipmentDrives and influences consistent application and improvement of our processesIdentifies efficient system operations mode on a real-time basis and causes adjustments to be made as the need arises to achieve optimum stateCollaborates with others to identify and suggest training needsIdentifies and communicates standard practicesSupports budget development and forecasting updatesOther duties as assignedEducation/Year of Experience:Required: High school diploma/GED; a minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience (preferably as a technician, lead or planner), a minimum of two (2) years planning experience, and a minimum of three (3) years experience in the natural gas industryPreferred: Vocational/Associates degree in technical fieldOther Requirements:Demonstrate aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processesCoordinates with others to verify duration of maintenance and scope of work to be performed.Previous experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsMaximo Power User Training completed.Strong skills in Oracle or similar ERP systemProficient in Power BIWe invest in our people in ways that actually show up in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
