If you’re self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and enjoy solving tough technical problems, we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Do Act as the top escalation point for desktop and end-user support (a major part of this role) Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls from multiple brands (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.) Resolve complex network issues, including VLANs, VPNs, routing, DNS/DHCP Manage your ticket queue and projects to completion on time Apply security best practices and help keep users and systems protected What You Need [5+] years of IT support experience, including Level 2/3 work Advanced networking skills across multiple hardware vendors Strong Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 experience Ability to work independently and manage time well Nice to Have Kaseya VSA or N-able N-Central experience Cybersecurity knowledge (strong plus) Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications MSP experience Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) with match Paid certifications and training Company Provided Laptop and Cell Phone or Reimbursement Car/Mileage Reimbursement Image Tech is an equal opportunity employer.
