Job Title

SoftWash Systems - Lily's SoftWash has innovated the exterior cleaning market by implementing a revolutionary SoftWash system. We specialize in helping homeowners and businesses achieve next level results by using a proprietary solution to clean and sanitize their structure's exterior. We provide a highly sought after alternative to pressure washing that leaves our clients in awe once the job is done. Our system utilizes the green approach while using one-third of the water that pressure washing does and it last four to six times longer. We have experienced substantial growth since our launch and are on pace to open new branches within the Kentuckiana community. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to take charge and lead a crew to ensure quality and timely project completion. Learn our system and execute daily. Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the Lily's SoftWash brand. Provide customers with outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Customer Service
Team Leadership
Equipment Maintenance
Preparing Truck and Materials
Use Equipment and Company Assets in Accordance to Company Guidelines
Protect Customers Property from Damages
Take Before and After Pictures along with Work Progress Videos
Conduct Final Walk-Through with the Customer and Collect Payment
Possess a Safety First Mentality
Follow Instructions to Ensure Safety Processed to Provide a Quality Cleaning
Take Pride in Keeping Equipment Clean and Protected

Qualifications

Customer Service
Proven Leader
Goal Oriented
Complete Extensive Online Training
Follow Safety and Guidelines
Possess valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to stand 6-10 hours a day
Climb ladders
Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
Able to be outside 6-10 hours a day

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
