Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney

Seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney for a fully remote, full-time position, this role involves independently managing complex litigation matters, handling sophisticated commercial disputes, and developing litigation strategies while mentoring junior attorneys and supporting business development initiatives. Key responsibilities Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle sophisticated commercial, construction, and government-related disputes in state and federal courts Develop litigation strategy, draft dispositive motions, and prepare persuasive legal arguments Required qualifications 5+ years of sophisticated commercial litigation experience Strong motion practice, deposition, and courtroom experience Second-chair trial experience required; first-chair trial experience strongly preferred Experience representing sophisticated commercial, government, contractor, or institutional clients Juris Doctor from a well-regarded law school
