Summary The Operations Supervisor at Houston Premium Outlets oversees daily store operations and back‑of‑house functions, ensuring efficient inventory flow and adherence to visual and operational standards. They lead and coach store associates to deliver excellent customer service and support store opening and closing processes. The role partners with management to maintain loss prevention, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coach store associates in daily operational tasks and customer service. Manage receiving, inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual standards. Support scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling processes. Maintain loss prevention practices and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements 3+ years of retail operations or supervisory experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
