As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Bicycle Patrol Route Inspection in West Hollywood, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas by bicycle, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, observe and report concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, residents, employees, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned public areas, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, public disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas; assist with directing visitors and providing information when appropriate.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Must be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
