Position: Sr Lead .Net Developer with L3 Production Support

Location: Irvine, California ( Remote)

Seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Specialist with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and enterprise application support. The ideal candidate will lead L3 production support, own deployments and releases, troubleshoot complex production issues, and develop code fixes for business-critical applications

What we need to look for in this role

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C#
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• SQL Server
• REST APIs
• Microservices
• Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support and drive incidents/issues to closure.
• Develop code fixes and enhancements using C# and .NET Core.
• Own bi-weekly releases, deployments, hotfixes, and go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production defects.
• Work closely with Product, QA, Release Management, and offshore teams.
• Take full ownership of assigned sprint stories through deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C#
• .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• SQL Server
• REST APIs
• Microservices
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps/Jira.
• Strong release management and deployment experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• UI technologies (Angular, React, or Blazor).
• Experience leading production support teams.
