Vivo Healthcare Gateway is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our leadership team and provide clinical oversight during weekend shifts every other weekend. Our 120-bed skilled nursing facility is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our residents, and we are looking for a strong nurse leader to ensure clinical excellence, staff support, and regulatory compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Supervise nursing staff and ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery during weekend shifts.

 

· Serve as the primary clinical contact for weekend staff, residents, and families.

 

· Conduct clinical rounds and assist with resident care as needed.

 

· Coordinate admissions and discharges on the weekend.

 

· Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments as necessary.

 

· Address and resolve any clinical issues or incidents.

 

· Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.

 

· Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Valid R/N or LPN license in Florida

• CPR certification

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work as part of a team

• Experience in long-term care is a plus

 

· Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

 

· Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.

 

· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

 

· Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

 

Schedule:

 

· Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
