Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend Nurse Supervisor, RN or LPN to join our healthcare team at Balanced Healthcare. As a Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to our patients while also supervising and mentoring a team of nurses. We are committed to providing a welcoming, inviting, wholesome, and community-centered atmosphere, and we are looking for an experienced and compassionate professional to join our team.
Rate: $34.00 To $40.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses on weekends to ensure high-quality patient care and provide guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with complex medical conditions, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records , adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives , identifying and implementing best practices to improve patient care and outcomes
• Stay current with industry developments and research , applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably with experience in a supervisory role
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN in the state of Florida
Graduation from an accredited nursing program , with a degree in nursing or a related field
