Part Time Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will team up with financial advisors to provide seamless administrative support, facilitating client accounts, communication, and a positive client experience. Support and Development Comprehensive 6‑month training with a dedicated mentor. Access to a support network spanning your branch, region, and home office. Opportunity to work largely independently while backed by a large team. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services. Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Other Operational Responsibilities Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Account Management: Learn the financial services industry and handle account openings, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan. Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
