This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the product development team and support the delivery of regular, high-quality releases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position.ResponsibilitiesBuild rich and varied GIS datasets that can be used to highlight product capabilities through interactive sample apps, demos, and websitesWork with developer teams across Esri to learn about the newest datasets and workflows and assist the Native SDK developers in supporting these datasets and workflowsAdminister, automate, and manage GIS systems and services to support the development of new product features and ongoing product releasesVerify user workflows across ArcGIS desktop, mobile, and web applications to validate product functionality in end-to-end solutionsRequirements2+ years of GIS experience in a scientific or engineering environment, preferably with a focus on Cartography or Geodata managementProficient with Desktop, Web, and/or Mobile GIS applications - ArcGIS, QGIS, or othersExperience with complex data sets within an enterprise-level environment, including the ability to leverage Oracle and/or SQL ServerBasic knowledge of a programming language such as Python, C#, or JavaScript for scripting/automationBachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or related fieldRecommended QualificationsMaster’s degree in GIS, computer science, engineering, or related field#LI-EL1#LI-OnsiteTotal RewardsEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
