Job Description Manage a caseload of sexual abuse and related personal injury matters from intake through resolution Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and advise clients throughout the legal process Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive legal memoranda Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and settlement negotiations Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and proceedings as needed Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently Maintain high standards of client communication, professionalism, and advocacy Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing 4+ years of experience handling sexual abuse and employment law matters 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills Ability to manage complex cases independently while thriving in a team environment Plaintiff-side, defense, in-house, or solo practice backgrounds all considered Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a mission-focused team that values quality work, mutual respect, and professional growth.
