What You'll Be Driving

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for global communications initiatives, including company-wide all-hands, leadership forums, and high-impact executive deliverables
• Partner directly with senior leaders to shape messaging, timelines, and outputs that land with precision and clarity
• Act as the central connector across Marketing Communications and cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and ensuring seamless delivery
• Own and evolve intake processes, balancing workload, strategic priorities, and business needs to maximize efficiency
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and risks across initiativesbringing forward solutions that improve scale and execution
• Support executive communication needs with confidence and discretion, anticipating requirements before they surface
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and process innovation

Your work will directly influence how Pax8 communicates at the highest levelbringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives while enabling leaders to deliver messages that resonate globally. You'll elevate how teams collaborate, reduce friction across workstreams, and ensure every major communication moment lands with purpose and precision.

• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and executives in fast-paced environments

Salary Range: $80,000 $110,000 (Or more depending on experience)
