NOW HIRING: ADT SALES AGENTS

JM Enterprise Group | Full-Time Sales Opportunity

JM Enterprise Group is expanding and looking for motivated ADT Sales Agents to join our growing team.

As an ADT Sales Agent, you will represent ADT Home Security and help homeowners and families protect what matters most. This is an in-person, field sales position where agents generate customers through:

• Door-to-Door Sales

• Store Location Setups

• Events & Festivals

• Community Outreach

• Local Marketing & Lead Generation

We are looking for energetic, dependable, goal-oriented individuals who are comfortable talking with people and want an opportunity to grow in sales.

Sales experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.

• Engage with homeowners and potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, events, festivals, and store setups .

• Educate customers about ADT Home Security products, monitoring, smart-home features, and available packages .

• Identify each customer's security needs and recommend the appropriate ADT package.

• Generate new leads and consistently work toward individual sales goals.

• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the sales process.

• Follow up with leads and potential customers to close additional sales.

• Attend scheduled team meetings, product training, and sales training.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.

• Complete required sales documentation accurately and on time.

• Represent JM Enterprise Group and ADT professionally in the community.

• Work independently while also contributing to team goals.

• Follow up with customers after the sale when necessary.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Sales, customer service, canvassing, event marketing, or retail experience is preferred.

• No previous ADT experience required — training provided.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new customers.

• Must be willing to work door-to-door, events, festivals, and store locations .

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
